Below, you’ll find multiple registration forms and payment options based on your category. Please scroll down to locate the section that applies to you. Once you’ve selected the correct category, complete your payment using the provided portal, and then fill out the corresponding registration form.

Submitting your registration form does not complete your payment. To finalize your registration, please call our office at (732) 741-6862. Prefer to register by phone? We’re happy to help—just call the New Beginnings office directly.

- $495: General Registration
- $399: Pre-Registration & Inner Circle
- $550: At Door Registration
- $99: First Year DC
General registration
Registration includes one Doctor of Chiropractic (DC). It also covers one state for continuing education (CE). Your entire family and non-DC staff members are included as well. Additional charges apply for extra DCs, and for CE in additional states, it is $75.

If this is your first year in practice, please register for New Beginnings here. Please note that this registration does Not include CE.
1st YEAR DOCTORS REGISTRATION- $99
STUDENT REGISTRATION
If you are a student interested in registering for New Beginnings, please register here. The student discounted price includes access to the entire weekend, opportunities to mentor with some of the best in our profession, and a Student/Doctor pizza party. Continuing education (CE) is not included, but may be purchased upon request.
STUDENT REGISTRATION- $99
Legacy Chiropractor REGISTRATION
Register here if you are a chiropractor who is no longer in practice but would like to return and attend our New Beginnings events. We are offering a lifetime complimentary registration for those who have paved the way. We welcome you back home!
